Try this delicious recipe for shrimp kabobs.
Use uncooked shrimps, the flavor is so much better.
- Peel shrimps and rinse them under cold water.
- Place them in a mixing bowl.
- Season with 1-3 tsp of the seafood kabob marinade. You can use seasoned salt for a better flavor. Sprinkle on some cayenne pepper for a more spicy flavor.
- Place shrimps on skewers and grill for 2-3 minutes or until shrimps are light pink. If you cook them too long, they will get tough and rubbery. So be sure to remove them from the grill as soon as they change from gray to light pink.
Shrimp goes great with some whole wheat spaghetti pasta drizzled with garlic infused with olive oil.
Finish off the meal with a green salad drizzled with a vinaigrette dressing of your likening. My favorite is raspberry vinaigrette.
