Tired of searching the web for kabobs recipes?
Well, this is your final stop, because on this site we show you how to make grilling kabobs. We will try to accommodate your taste buds by providing recipes for a variety of kabobs from chicken, to pork, to shrimp and scallop, to beef and lamb.
And for those of you who are vegetarians we give you a simple recipe for you as well. The only thing you have to do is to figure out what side items to serve with your kabob recipe.
The best way, in my opinion, is grilling. On the BBQ grill or BBQ pit, that is.
Not in the oven ...
... although, you can still make kabobs pretty tasty in the oven. But the flavor you get from grilling them is out of this world.
It may have something to do with the fat of the meat dripping off into the hot coals as they cook and that gives off the smoky flavor giving the kabobs a distinct flavor.
Believe me it’s really not in the spices, although spices are important flavor enhancers. The recipes on this site are my version of the many different kabobs you can prepare. You can make your own kabob marinade ahead of time and keep it in an air tight container.
Remember it’s up to you how you flavor meat. Be creative. Use whatever spice you like, such as coriander, cardamom, paprika, cinnamon, cumin, turmeric, black pepper, cloves, nutmeg, etc. Create your own unique recipe. Have fun!
Here are some kabob marinade ideas:
Herb Kabob Marinade
Kabob marinade
Chicken Kabob marinade
Seafood Kabob Marinade
Every time you make chicken, beef, vegetable or seafood kabobs you can add a ½ tsp – 1 tsp of one of the marinades to give it a more distinct flavor.
